Today, customer called and enquired about the charges for the additional channels he added in via remote control on his end. He mentioned he might have accidentally added in so he'd like me to waive off the charges for him. He FUCKING pressed three times having 3 different charges 1 x $4.50, 1 x $4.50, 1 x $15.33 and being the ever so nice me I FUCKING waived the $15.33 for him instead of choosing 1 x $4.50. Instead of appreciating me doing it out of goodwill for him, he demanded me to waive off everything for him. Come'on, firstly it is not THAT easy to purchase channel via a remote channel and even if you're new to the services, YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T FUCKING READ? DON'T YOU USE THE INTERNET NOWADAYS? HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING IN THE CAVE FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS AND MISSED OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN THE PLACE CALLED CITY? secondly I am not OBLIGED to waive anything for you and thirdly I am not a dog. His wife snatched his phone and talked to me nicely, explained to her comparing the charges, I am already waiving smthg of a higher price and she acknowledged while that BASTARD continued to yell on the phone and yelled at his wife. His wife then said okay and hung the phone.
2 mins later, HE CALLED BACK AND TOLD MY COLLEAGUE I WANNA SPEAK TO FUCKING LINGLI. I spoke to him and he accused me of hanging his call and shouted as me "WHY YOU HANG MY CALL?" errr wtfttm. then he told me the issue is not settled yet, though from my point of view he had long ago lost his stand already cos he was yelling throughout the phone and he scolded a few stupid idiot to me and I asked "sir are you scolding me?" and he said he's scolding his wife. does he even know what he is argueing for? PEOPLE LIKE HIM SHOULD BURN IN HELL? why are you scolding your wife when your wife is helping you to settle this issue? an angry and short tempered will not help you in any way and on the other hand your wife was so patience to listen to what I had to say. can you guys understand we also have our limitations? though conclusion I won but he made me freaking pissed for the 20 mins on the phone with my manager coming to my desk and asked me what happened cos he made me repeated the same sentence for at least 15 fucking times.
1) I hate it when customers say they waited very long and actually it's just 5 mins. to be honest 5 mins is fucking fast, if you expect us to pick up the call fast, then don't ask so many qns! imagine everyone wants short waiting time but when they're on the line, they asked qns for freaking 10 mins, do you guys really think we have 1000 consultants from the same department working everyday?
2) I hate it when customers call in without any fucking details of the account. ask for nric, don't have, ask for account name, don't have, how can we fucking reveal details with just A NAME??? why not you go get a mini cooper with $1?
3) I hate it when customers tell us their long stories, we fucking have call stats to meet and we are totally not interested to know about your long stories, just get straight to the point and end the call!
4) I hate it when customers say "you all cheat my money" WE DON'T FUCKING CHEAT YOUR MONEY WE ARE NOT BEGGARS!
5) I hate it when customers LIE, I REALLY HATE IT. we can definitely track voice logs, do you really think we are stupid?
6) I hate it when customers DEMAND us to do smthg for them, we do alot of things out of goodwill for you, we are not obliged to do so, check the meaning of goodwill in your fucking dictionary.
7) Don't threaten you will lodged a complaint, I AM REALLY NOT SCARED OF YOU.
